Enable all the members of the global motion picture entertainment industry – studios, distributors, vendors and exhibitors – to easily transition from film to digital by providing them with a fully integrated solution of software and transport services.
We will use AccessIT Software and AccessIT Digital Media services in conjunction with the various services offered by AccessIT Satellite & Support Services and AccessIT Managed Services. In so doing, we will anticipate modifications and enhancements required to maintain our leadership as a technology provider for the rapidly emerging digital cinema industry. Supporting these efforts, our management team has considerable experience in the motion picture exhibition industry; we intend to take advantage of their experience and relationships to promote and effectuate our business plan. An excellent example is our Christie/AIX deployment plan for 4,000 digital systems backed by major studios.
Expand our service and product offerings through additional acquisitions.
We have acquired, and expect to continue to acquire assets and businesses for strategic purposes. We will seek to expand our service and product offerings by acquiring additional cash-flow positive businesses in strategic and vertical markets, including businesses providing complementary services and products.
We will continue to seek acquisitions of related and/or complementary businesses that will allow us to enhance and/or expand our existing services and products. Our acquisition of Hollywood Software provides us with industry-leading software and project management capability in the entertainment industry, to complement AccessIT Digital Media content delivery services, which have in turn been strengthened by our acquisition of FiberSat Global Services, a leading satellite and fiber network management provider. Our software and digital content delivery services will benefit from the use of our data centers and related AccessIT Managed Services offerings.
Enter into key strategic relationships in order to expand our sales reach, increase revenues and provide additional services for each of our business units.
In order to expand our ability to market each of our service offerings, we have entered into both formal agreements and informal sales, marketing and referral relationships with various satellite, bandwidth providers, system integrators, and hardware vendors. We intend to enter into additional strategic and commercial relationships with others, through which we will seek to attract additional customers or strengthen our position in a market. We believe that these relationships could accelerate our revenue growth, support the branding process for AccessIT and its subsidiaries, decrease the cost of sales, extend our sales reach and provide more opportunities for vertical integration.
