Access Integrated Technologies Sets Annual Meeting of Shareholders

MORRISTOWN, N.J. – September 7, 2005 – Access Integrated Technologies, Inc. (“AccessIT”) (AMEX: AIX) announced in its proxy statement, dated September 15, 2005, that its 2005 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2005 at 2:00 p.m., EDT, at the American Stock Exchange Market Site, located at 86 Trinity Place in New York City.
