ACCESS INTEGRATED TECHNOLOGIES DIGITALLY DELIVERS MORRISSEY CONCERT TO TEN MOVIE SCREENS THROUGHOUT THE U.S.

- Digital Cinema Technology Creates New Content Distribution Opportunity for Pillar Entertainment -

MORRISTOWN, N.J. – March 29, 2005– Access Integrated Technologies, Inc. (“AccessIT”) (AMEX: AIX) today announced the successful delivery of the digital cinema world premier of Morrissey’s “Who Put the ‘M’ In Manchester?” concert for Pillar Entertainment (“Pillar”) an alternative content provider. The content was shown in high definition and employed Dolby 5.1 Digital Surround Sound to enhance the theatre audience’s experience. These screenings provide Morrissey’s record label Sanctuary a “release event” for the concert DVD, which arrives in retail stores today. The version released to theatres included theatre-exclusive footage of Morrissey performing at the 2004 Reading Music Festival.

“This delivery and exhibition mark the beginning to what we hope will be a long working relationship with Pillar,” said Russell Wintner, President and Chief Operating Officer of AccessIT’s Access Digital Media division. ”Alternative content deliveries such as this highlight the opportunities for both content and theatre owners, as well as audiences, created through the use of digital technology and digitally equipped theatres.”

“We are privileged to deliver the Morrissey concert, the first of what we hope will be many such digital events,” said Michael J. St. Clair, Pillar’s President. “We are excited to work with AccessIT to bring this event to audiences nationwide. AccessIT’s delivery services and its IndieDirect back-office distribution management services will enable Pillar to capitalize on its vision of delivering audiences unique alternative content not traditionally seen on the big screen.”

The Morrissey concert played last evening in six cities across the country including New York, Boston, Washington, DC, Detroit, Chicago and Los Angeles. Tonight, the concert event will be presented in San Diego. Sanctuary, Morrissey’s record label, is part of the Sanctuary Group, whose roster includes multi-platinum artists Kiss, Robert Plant, Iron Maiden, The Who, Beyonce, and Slipknot.
