ACCESS INTEGRATED TECHNOLOGIES SECOND QUARTER EARNING CONFERENCE CALL NOTIFICATION

Morristown, NJ, November 7, 2005 – Access Integrated Technologies, Inc. ("AccessIT") (AMEX:AIX) will hold a conference call and simultaneous Web cast on Monday, November 14th, to announce its financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2005. The call will begin at 10:30 a.m. EST.
