NT Audio's screening room, allowing QC of 4 tracks in a single screening, is near completion
NT Audio and its sister company NT video are quietly expanding. Heading the list of expansion projects is the construction of NT Audio's new screening room. Slated to be ready in November, it will be the only independent screening room available worldwide for screening four soundtracks in a single screening.

It is a state-of-the-art theatre for 35 mm Print Quality Control. Four people in four separate sound environments can view the same projected image, while independently A/B switching between film playback or master elements. All Digital Film QC displays can be monitored simultaneously.

NT Video expands with move to new Hollywood facility, adding URSA Diamond telecine and editing bays for rent
NT Video, innovator in direct-to-hard-drive telecine, will be moving into a large new facility in Hollywood. Construction is in progress. The state-of-the-art facility includes the addition of URSA Diamond telecines to existing equipment.

The new Hollywood facility will be totally wired for fiber optics and have 21 editorial rooms available for rent to NT Video customers. Each NT Video editing room will have direct access to the media server. This allows direct file transfers after telecine. No need to digitize from tapes or even copy from removable drives. Just connect to the server, copy, and edit.
