A team of seasoned Jewelry Industry and business professionals will direct the efforts of Madison Collection International. While each executive is responsible for accomplishing specific tasks and objectives, the group is compatible and flexible enough to assist wherever necessary to get the job done.

Michael Martelli
Founder, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman and President.

Michael Martelli is responsible for the direction and performance of the Madison Collection including growth of all lines of business, mergers and acquisitions and profitability of the venture. Prior to establishing Madison Collection International and for twenty-five years beginning in 1980, he held progressively more significant roles as a Jewelry Industry executive with responsibilities including production, retail management, international manufacturing and marketing. Most recently, Martelli was Vice President of Fine Gold for IBB where he was responsible for that company’s achieving a $12,000,000 increase in annual revenues. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Sales for B&M Imports and Executive Sales Manager for Michael Anthony Jewelers, a publicly traded company listed on Nasdaq. In the early and mid-1990s, he was both Production and Plant Manager for Oro America, the largest Gold dealer in the USA. Martelli has front line retail store management credentials.
Martelli holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Art from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York.


Anthony Nappi
Founder, Chief Operating Officer, Vice President and Director

Anthony Nappi is responsible for corporate and back office operations, in the New York Headquarters. Prior to establishing Madison Collection International with Martelli, he founded Metalliferous, Inc., a New York based vendor of fine silver, sterling silver and reticulation silver. Concurrently, he was a partner in JAX Chemical Company, a manufacturer and distributor of metal finishing and polishing solutions. From 1983 to 1990, Nappi held various part-time and full-time positions in the Jewelry Industry while completing requirements for his degrees. During this time, he was employed by Michael Anthony Jewelers, where he implemented their first computer system. He subsequently directed computer and systems installations in several M/A subsidiaries.
Nappi received his Bachelor of Sciences degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University’s School of Engineering and Applied Science and his Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
